She currently works as a Senior Production Operations Manager in our South San Francisco plant. 🍫 Why do you love working at See’s? Jennifer: I am fortunate to work with and learn from a passionate team — and make the BEST candy! 🍫 What is your favorite memory of See’s? Jennifer: Working with a cross functional team to earn our first ever SQF Certification. It took a substantial amount of time and dedication, but was a significant accomplishment for the team. 🍫 What is your favorite piece of See’s? Employee Spotlight: Jay Fong! 🌟 Jay has been a valued member of Team See’s for more than three years, and currently works cross-functionally as a Marketing Projects Manager, shepherding creative projects from start to finish with equal parts good humor and aplomb.
