Employees from Skyworks' Cedar Rapids location recently participated in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) Career Speaker Series at Kennedy High School. The event is part of the Workplace Learning Connection (WLC) program promoting career awareness and exploration for thousands of students in the local school districts. One of Skyworks' engineers served as a speaker, imparting knowledge about the semiconductor industry, discussing educational requirements and sharing personal journeys ─ all to increase student engagement and enthusiasm for STEM courses and careers.
