Here at SonderMind, we recognize we celebrate different cultures and backgrounds. Hispanic Heritage Month celebrates the achievements, cultural impact, and historical challenges of millions of Hispanic and Latinx Americans, and we wanted to celebrate this month by offering our employees several opportunities to understand and celebrate Hispanic and Latinx culture. We offer educational opportunities including a virtual “Airbnb Experience” for staff to learn about the Spanish language and Hispanic history, a Bodega Style kitchen with various Latin American snacks, and an interactive trivia wall for employees to participate in.
