During July we had 40th-anniversary celebrations in the UK, and what a blast it has been! As we look back on our journey since our establishment in July 1983, we can't help but feel a tremendous sense of pride and gratitude for the amazing support we've received throughout the years. To add a touch of nostalgia and pay tribute to our roots, we embraced the 80s spirit with an epic fancy dress day! Our team members have been rocking their most righteous retro looks, transporting us all back in time to the era of neon, leg warmers, and big hair! It's incredible to see the creativity and enthusiasm our team brings to the table. And of course, what's a celebration without some scrumptious treats? We enjoyed a mouthwatering hog roast that had everyone's taste buds doing the happy dance! And for those who wanted to express their artistic side, face paints were on hand to transform us into colorful characters. We want to extend a massive thank you to each and every member of our fantastic team for their dedication, passion, and hard work, which has been the cornerstone of our success. Together, we've achieved so much and we're even more excited about the future! Here's to 40 fabulous years, and to many more incredible adventures together!
Earlier this month our Brazilian team united to assist vulnerable individuals in their community. Through their collective efforts, we were able to donate blankets to those in need, aiming to provide comfort during challenging times. We collaborated closely with Angelus officials to ensure the efficient distribution of blankets and lunchboxes to homeless people in Cotia, Brazil. This collaborative endeavor has left a lasting impact, fostering empathy and compassion within our team. We firmly believe that when businesses and social groups come together, they can create a more just and supportive society, transforming lives and communities for the better. This is just the beginning of our commitment to making a positive difference across the global and communities. We are grateful for the opportunity to give back and look forward to engaging in more impactful social initiatives in the future.

Our US facilities hosted a spirit week and encouraged employees to participate in fun themed days. The spirit week tied into our fundamental of the week "Keep Things Fun". It was great to see fantastic participation from all of our facilities and seeing our employees having fun!
