Yesterday, Sovos announced that it has acquired the digital enablement business of Chile-based Acepta, one of the region's leading providers of e-invoicing, e-receipts, e-documents and digital certificate solutions. With this acquisition (our largest to date outside of the US!) Sovos gains new product capabilities to advance its mission to Solve Tax for Good globally.

In our fourth acquisition this year, Sovos announced it has acquired Keane?s unclaimed property consulting services. It's estimated as many as 80% of companies are out of compliance in the area. Our CEO, Andy Hovancik, said in a statement, ?By expanding our unclaimed property offerings, Sovos advances its long-range plan to deliver the most complete solutions and services for modern tax compliance and regulatory reporting, and safeguard our customers everywhere they do business."

On July 7th, Sovos announced it has acquired Accordance, a value-added tax (VAT) consultancy and compliance firm, to help VAT customers keep up with changing VAT reporting mandates through technology-enabled managed services.
