How Royal De Heus is scaling globally through HR and payroll transformation In our latest customer interview, I sat down with Silvian Nanarjain, Global Program Manager – HR Transformation at Royal De Heus, to discuss how the organization is building a unified foundation for growth with Workday and Strada. Operating in more than 23 countries and employing over 17,000 people, Royal De Heus faced a challenge familiar to many global organizations: fragmented systems, inconsistent data, and limited visibility across the business. Here are three key lessons from Silvian’s transformation journey: 1️⃣ Start with a strong global foundation A unified HR and payroll platform creates the consistency, visibility, and scalability needed to support growth, while still allowing flexibility for local requirements. 2️⃣ Don't underestimate complexity and dependencies Transforming HR, payroll, integrations, and supporting systems such as Active Directory requires careful planning. Addressing these dependencies upfront helps improve data accuracy, strengthen compliance, and create a better employee experience across multiple countries. 3️⃣ Choose a partner who challenges you Successful transformation is about more than technology. It requires a partner with deep expertise who can challenge assumptions, guide key decisions, and operate as an extension of your team. Read the full customer story here: https://lnkd.in/dCuFHv9y

At Strada Kochi, we celebrated Earth Day by bringing sustainability to life through creativity and collective action. Employees dressed in green and blue to represent our planet, setting the tone for a day focused on environmental awareness. A standout moment was our Upcycling Contest, where teams transformed everyday discarded items into innovative, purposeful creations—showcasing both creativity and commitment to reducing waste. To carry the message beyond the workplace, we also distributed saplings, encouraging everyone to take a small step toward a greener future. Because at Strada, we believe that small actions today can create a meaningful impact tomorrow 🌍💚
This week we're celebrating Earth Awareness Week 2026 and the theme ‘Our Power. Our Planet.’ takes on special meaning for Strada. This year’s focus underscores how environmental conditions - clean air and water, reliable infrastructure, steady access to food and energy - directly shape the stability and opportunity people need to pursue education and achieve long-term economic mobility. Around the world, communities are experiencing how environmental challenges influence daily life: from rising costs of living to disruptions in transportation, health, and essential services. Since the first Earth Day in 1970, civic action has played a critical role in establishing environmental protections that have improved public health and strengthened local and regional economies. These efforts have helped create the stability that individuals and families rely on to learn, work, and build better futures. During Earth Week, we join a global call for action to support clean energy, protected natural resources, and climate resilience. These are essential conditions for strong communities, effective workforce systems, and expanded opportunity. For Strada, 'Our Power. Our Planet.' is a reminder that the work we do is deeply interconnected with the environments in which learners and workers live. A healthier, more stable planet supports the economic mobility and equitable outcomes we strive to advance every day.

On March 26 our Hyderabad team visited the Desire Society in Bachupally, an organization dedicated to supporting and rehabilitating children affected by HIV/AIDS. Our team at Strada sponsored and distributed nutritional kits to help support the children’s wellbeing. The visit was both humbling and inspiring, and reminded us of the difference collective kindness can make. Our Hyderabad center continues to champion Strada’s CSR vision through the empathy of our colleagues, their active participation, and their shared commitment to uplifting our community. Initiatives like this show how our teams extend their contribution beyond day‑to‑day delivery to create lasting, positive impact.
