While our security officers in Johnson City, Texas, have only been on the post for a little less than a month, we have already received many great reports from our new client. Our team has assisted in helping the client work out the bugs and latencies in their new control systems. In recognition of this, the entire team consisting of six officers has been awarded appreciation cards by San Antonio Operations Manager Jay Maples. Outstanding work team, thanks for demonstrating the Sunstates way! Security in gated communities presents challenges that vary widely from other facilities. These residential settings also require specialized skill sets and personnel that, again, are quite different. For example, at a school or corporate campus, it’s quite obvious if someone attempting to enter has a purpose or belongs there. At many gated communities, the sheer volume and variety of people seeking entry requires an equal blend of rigor and diplomacy.
Charlotte Operations Manager Bryan Norberg received a wonderful client review regarding our Security Officer John Duke. Sunstates has extensive experience providing security programs to distribution center clients. We demonstrate a vast understanding of the unique challenges and common concerns associated with this market. For instance, in a distribution center setting, we know that a security officer’s focus on safety is equally as important as security. We recognize the inherent challenges of protecting a high traffic environment where expensive products, supplies, and equipment are moving in and out. Additionally, a variety of contractors, workers, and visitors pass through sporadically. We have the team and strategy to ensure top-notch, professional security at your distribution center.
Senior Operations Manager Da'Von McClure acknowledges an officer who has gone above and beyond in his Savannah region. He had this to say about the officer: "Security Officer Stacey Morgan recently received an appreciation card and Service First Award for her ongoing excellence and professionalism in representing Sunstates Security. She assisted in stopping a potentially dangerous situation at a client site. Her quick thinking helped ensure that a potential access control violation during a period of unrest did not result at the client site. Stacey has consistently gone above and beyond to help fellow officers and Sunstates clients get the job done. We are happy to have an officer like Stacey on our team to ensure a protected work environment. Stacey takes the Sunstates Security pledge to provide service that goes above and beyond. Thank you for your dedication!"
⭐️Employee Spotlight⭐️: You may recognize his face from our website, Site Supervisor John Hagan has been with Sunstates since 2013! Operations Manager Alicia Navarro states, “so many on-site rely upon him and he never fails to offer that helping hand. He continuously exceeds beyond his job expectations and is a perfect example of why our company stands out from the rest.” Mallory, Property Manager at John’s site says, “John is an invaluable asset to the building. He knows everyone by name and always has a smile on his face. He is the security guard at the building, but in reality, he is so much more. During the pandemic, he has showed up to work every day and continues to smile through it all.” We appreciate all your years of hard work and dedication! Additionally, thanks for letting us use your smiling face on our media outlets! #EmployeeSpotlight #EmployeeAppreciation #SecurityServices #CorporateSecurity #PropertyManagement #SunstatesSecurity #ThankYou
