We love to give our employees the support they need to make an impact on causes they’re passionate about. Our Pittsburgh region has partnered with Make-A-Wish for the last five years and got to help organize a very special surprise for Maddox, a little boy born with spina bifida. Read all about it and watch his story on our blog.

For our Teachers Rock Community Event, all of our stores across the country delivered care kits to local schools. Teachers deserve to be appreciated, especially after all they’ve gone through this past year, so these care kits were our way of showing our appreciation. Our CEO, Scott Moorehead, just announced TCC’s new profit-sharing program! A set percentage of our profits will be put aside each year as an extra bonus for our employees to reward them for their hard work over the past year. This profit-sharing program places an extra emphasis on retention, as there are added incentives for each year the employee has been with TCC. We have so many dedicated and passionate people on our team, so this program is a way to say thank you to our employees and let everyone share in the success of the company.
