Hello, There has been a major transformation at TSR, that started with my appointment as CEO in Jan 2020. From day one, I made a commitment to our employees that we would quickly become an environment where their voice mattered, their effort appreciated, and their talent rewarded. Simultaneous to this internal rebuild of our culture, I challenged each employee to raise the bar on how we treat our consultants and candidates. For far too long in this industry, candidates have been ghosted, lied to, or placed at a client and then forgotten about.
