Community Time Off (CTO) allows Texas Health employees to serve and volunteer with outside organizations, schools and nonprofits in our local service areas. Our employees have been busy out in our communities. In 2022, Texas Health employees volunteered more than 5,300 hours through the CTO program, serving more than 300 local outreach projects. From aiding local food banks and urban farms, homeless shelters, and accredited educational centers, to offering free health screenings and vaccinations, the CTO program gives every Texas Health employee the opportunity to serve the diverse needs of our communities every day of the year.
