Cheesecake is going zoological! Lehigh Valley recently volunteered at the zoo where they painted observation decks in the zebra and ostrich exhibit and the duck and goose pond exhibit. As proud supporters of the culinary arts, we recently participated in our first ProStart Program Culinary Clash and it was a big success! Over nine working sessions, leaders from our Culinary and Kitchen Operations teams worked with student sous chef Ana on recipe development, competition logistics, booth design, equipment preparation, and presentation skills. We are thrilled to announce that Ana and the team brought home awards for best bite overall and best station presentation. We’re excited to support young people pursuing careers in the culinary arts.
