Learning and development is important to us at Thrive and last week our latest cohort of Dale Carnegie Skills for Success leaders graduated! Over the course of 8 weeks, our leaders learn how to strengthen their people skills, enhance their communication skills and further develop their leadership skills. We're already scheduling our next cohort!
In honor of National Volunteer Week, members of the Thrive Market team volunteered at Project Angel Food in Los Angeles, where we prepped, cooked, and packaged food for delivery to people impacted by serious illness. It was a rewarding and fun event (and the hairnets were fabulous)!

Happy Earth Day! In partnership with One Tree Planted, Thrivers spent their Saturday morning restoring the beautiful Topanga State Park in Malibu, CA. They removed invasive weeds, cleared the way for new trees, and gathered water from a local spring to hydrate the saplings. Not to mention, had so much fun! Last month, we partnered with charity: water and gave our members the opportunity to help raise $50,000 for communities in need. We’re SO excited to announce that we met our goal and will be funding the construction of five clean water wells in Malawi!!! A huge thank-you goes out to everyone who donated—your contributions can help change the lives of 663 million people worldwide who live without clean water.
