Employees use their Thumbtack Bucks for anything from hiring personal chefs for a special date night or to repair cracked tiles in their bathrooms, like Will Connor (he/him), our Director, Brand Management.

With our Thumbtack Bucks benefit, employees can get reimbursed for hiring local service professionals on Thumbtack. Tania Dworjan (she/her), Senior Conversion Rate Optimization Manager, found a pro to help support and make her life easier when she needed it most. “Between being a full-time caregiver to my mom and my own health issues, cleaning and organizing wasn’t a priority. I’d been living with a lot of unpacked boxes from a recent transition, so I had a full cleaning service from Thumbtack come clean my house. They unpacked and organized my bookcases so that I could have a whole section of my living room back.”
