We are honored to have been named one of the country's Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services (#2 in Small/Medium Companies) for the fourth consecutive year by Great Place to Work and Fortune! The winning companies were selected based on anonymous responses to the Trust Index survey, Great Place to Work’s employee assessment survey. In the survey, employees rated more than 60 elements of their experience on the job. These include the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and how much camaraderie there is among the team. Congratulations to our employee-owners! And thanks again for making Torch a great place to work! http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMv9N

This cause is one that is near and dear to our hearts and we are so happy to have helped our co-founder, Bill Roark, in his role as co-chair of this year's Heart Walk, to have the BEST YEAR EVER!
