Drum roll... please join me in congratulating Libby Harter on her recent promotion to Implementation Marketing Manager! Libby has been a veteran at Trinity since 2012. She started as a Leasing Consultant, then rose through the operations ranks to Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager, and most recently Area Manager. With her extensive experience in navigating renovations, working through acquisitions and dispositions, and managing over 800 units, Libby has made such a huge impression on her fellow team members and residents. It brings our Marketing Team so much excitement to now have Libby play a pivotal role in supporting the properties on a nationwide level. Congratulations again Libby on all of your success! We look forward to seeing how you take this role to new heights.
Today is National IT Professionals Day! The all-star Trinity IT Support Team are truly the best in the biz. We are thankful for their knowledge, patience, and the innovation that they bring to our company! We wouldn't have the success that we do without this department's support.
Our hearts are heavy with the recent gas explosion that occurred at our community, Arrive Perimeter. The team has been working tirelessly and we are so thankful for our community, our rescue teams, and everyone involved with helping us secure the area. Many local businesses, friends, and family have reached out asking how they can donate to those affected by the explosion. We have set up a GoFundMe where all proceeds will go directly to those affected by this tragic incident. Again, we appreciate your patience and support during this difficult time. We will get through this and rebuild, together.
