In observance of Juneteenth, Trinity’s corporate and community offices will be closed across the US. This will be a day for our team members to educate, connect, reflect on, and celebrate the significance of this moment in Black history and we encourage all of you to do the same. #TrinityStrong
As we celebrate Pride Month and the outstanding contributions of our LGBTQ+ community here at Trinity (Team Members and Residents alike), we are making a conscious effort to spread more love, acceptance, and compassion through all of our interactions. We encourage our team members to use their volunteer hours to participate in peaceful protests and we regularly host diversity training and activities throughout the company. In addition, during Pride Month and in solidarity with our black team members, we have made a pledge to match team member donations in support of Black Lives Matter. We are truly strongest when we learn and work together! #Pride2020 🏳️🌈
Trinity stands in solidarity with our Black team members, residents, and industry partners. We will continue to be intentional about making sure that all of our actions reflect love, compassion, and empathy for all people 🖤 #TrinityStrong #StrongerTogether
As an organization, we have been responding to meet the unique needs of each community as COVID-19 has impacted the daily lives of our residents and team members. By closely monitoring and adhering to all local health directives and recommendations from the CDC, we have implemented the following policies as we continue to work together and slow the spread of COVID-19: Community amenity closures and carefully crafted reopening initiatives that include increased attention to cleanliness, limited occupancy, social distancing in common areas, limited hours of operation, and posted signage throughout each community to promote the wearing of masks and the use of sanitizing products. Various touring options for prospective residents that include self-guided tours, virtual tours, and in-person tours that incorporate PPE and social distancing. As we continue to adhere to all local and state guidelines, we will adapt our policies to meet the needs of our communities and prioritize the health and well-being of our residents and team members.
Across the nation, our team members continue to be #TrinityStrong for their residents, neighbors, fellow coworkers and loved ones. Spreading PEACE to you and our world today! ☮️ Picture submitted by Gioconda C., Community Manager at Alturas Oxnard in Central California.
