🚛 Going Beyond the Call in Fresno, CA 👏 We're proud to recognize Juan Gomez, Store Manager at our Fresno location, for earning a "Beyond the Call" award—well deserved after a recent act of outstanding customer service and leadership. Last weekend, Juan went the extra mile (literally!) to help Randy, an independent mobile repair technician and valued walk-in customer. Randy had ordered critical wheel-end parts for a time-sensitive trailer repair, but a delayed delivery meant he couldn’t pick them up before our store closed Friday. Understanding how important the repair was, Juan—who lives in the same town—personally delivered the parts to Randy on Saturday, his day off. 💪 This kind of commitment doesn’t go unnoticed. In fact, Randy took time out of his busy schedule to call and thank us, saying Juan had “bailed him out of a jam.” Juan’s customer-first approach reflects the heart of our TruckPro culture—dedicated people stepping up to support customers when it matters most. 👏 Hats off to Juan for living our values and truly going beyond the call.
