When Mac Todd opened UGP in 2013 inside a 300-square-foot bay, the bet was simple: train average golfers like Tour pros, and treat them like guests at the Ritz. Thirteen years, four cities, and a fast-growing national footprint later, that bet keeps paying off — and it's about to scale further than ever. We're proud to officially launch UGP University in El Segundo, our central training campus and the new home of how we develop talent at Urban Golf Performance. Why UGP University We're opening multiple new locations over the next 24 months. To grow the right way, we have to grow our people the right way. UGP University is our answer — a dedicated training environment where every new coach, trainer, clinician, and club fitter learns the UGP way before they ever step onto a floor.
