Preparation is key! Especially when it comes to making sure you're ready for a virtual interview. Since you're not in person, making a good first impression is very important. We recently asked @ValleyHospital Recruiter Katie Dripchak what a candidate could do to best prepare for a virtual interview. She said, "To prepare for virtual interviews candidates should test the platform, their camera, and microphone settings ahead of time to avoid technical difficulties at the time of the interview. It is also a good idea to log on early to avoid unforeseen technical issues, it is always better to be safe than sorry!"
