Reflect your skills using the terminology that the employer may be looking for. For example, list out the technology you are using, name of specific procedures, methods, or special functions that you are responsible for that are not common. If you are not sure what those are, look at the job descriptions and see what they are looking for and compare that to what you do. Also, it is important to have your name and contact method easily viewable by the recruiter, making it easy for them to see and contact you once your resume caught their eye.
