Congratulations on a successful grand opening celebration and welcome to our newest Vera Bradley Factory Store team at Arundel Mills in Hanover, Maryland! The team exceeded their goal for donations to the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer by more than 300% during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. As a special thank you for supporting the Foundation’s mission to raise funds for critical advancements in breast cancer research, the entire team was treated to a celebratory dinner at the restaurant of their choice!

We were recognized for our commitment to making the world a brighter, more inclusive place for all and for our ongoing efforts to enhance and celebrate diversity, equality, and inclusion throughout the Company and in each of the communities we serve. We’re proud to share that the 2022 Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer Classic fundraiser raised $1,127,000 to support the Vera Bradley Foundation Center for Breast Cancer Research at the Indiana University School of Medicine. With this donation, the Foundation has provided $38.6 million of funding to breast cancer research since 2000. Stephanie Scheele, Executive Director of the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer, shared, “Thank you to every sponsor, participant, volunteer, and guest who made the 2022 Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer Classic a success. Your support helps us fund research pursuing innovative and improved treatments that enable women to thrive, not just survive, after a breast cancer diagnosis.”
