Vistage hosted our quarterly Employee Development Day today onsite at the San Diego Support Center featuring Speaker Sandy Gennaro. Gennaro showed our staff how to “Beat the Odds,” by focusing on creating a culture of improved communication, transparency, and relationships within your teams for greater results. Sandy Gennaro is a world-class speaker and drummer who has recorded and toured internationally with several platinum-selling superstars, including 5 members of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Artists such as Cyndi Lauper, Joan Jett, and the Blackhearts, The Monkees, Bo Diddley, and Johnny Winter have all utilized Sandy’s expertise.
