At Walmart, we're always looking for opportunities to leverage technology in new ways to make the lives and work of our associates easier – and the new Total Pay and Benefits feature in our internal apps is a game changer. From the store and club floors to our campuses, all U.S. associates can now see and manage their total pay, financial well-being, and benefits in one spot – quickly and easily. Through Walmart’s Me@ app, associates can see: ✅ An estimated value of their total pay and benefits, including base pay, bonus, stock, discount cards, and health benefits ✅ Their 401(k) retirement plan contributions with estimated growth over time ✅ Their Associate Stock Purchase Plan contributions with estimated growth over time ✅ The health benefits they’re enrolled in and overall contributions to date And the app also links our store associates to their free Walmart+ membership and to Walmart’s free education programs. This is just another step on our journey to help people save money and live better.
