The new space encompasses an open office environment with direct vistas to the interior atrium and the outdoors, with plenty of room to space out staff and guests, while creating areas of focused work and teaming opportunities. Our Chicago team provided full interior architectural design services, furniture specification and management and branding services. Of importance was the welcome element the warm woods and soft bronze accents offer – balanced with crisp transparency of frameless glass offices and conference spaces. This neutral canvas allowed bolder brand statements Covenant wished to portray with their “Dream Big” message throughout – a constant reminder of what their new space offers and encourages
We are excited to announce our project with Sendoso has won the IIDA Pride award for commercial office space under 20,000 SF! We provided interior architecture and design services for the project located on the penthouse of the Camelback Towers in Scottsdale. Along with the IIDA Pride award, the project received the NAIOP Arizona award for Office Tenant Improvement Project of the Year and the JLL Spaces Showcase award. The project is a 10,000 SF office space located on the penthouse floor of the 11-story, 136,500 SF high-rise office building of the Camelback Towers in Scottsdale.

Located atop a hill overlooking the city of Dubuque, Medline’s new 130,000 SF facility is not your average call center. Not only is the space highly amenitized and LEED Certified, but it seamlessly integrates and supports the company’s values and enthusiasm for the wellbeing of their employees throughout the massive space. With a design goal of creating a “town within a town”, the impressive size of the call center offers over 1,000 workstations.
Located in the Del Mar Heights community of San Diego, One Paseo is a mixed-use master-planned project incorporating office, residential and retail space. In addition to providing master planning services for the project, our San Diego team designed the unique 12 single-story, craftsman-style restaurant and high-end retail buildings totaling approximately 96,000 SF as well as interior design for several of the tenants located within the new development. Ware Malcomb also provided design services for the 3-level parking structure with sail shade structures atop adjacent to the retail area. The project also previously won Best Real Estate Deal in the New Retail category for the San Diego Business Journal’s 2018 Best Real Estate Deals.

Our Princeton team is excited to be providing interior architecture and design services for the transformation of 500 College Road East, a 160,000 SF office building in Princeton, New Jersey. The renovation will focus on modernization and driving long-term real estate value for the property.
