During COVID-19, Watts is committed to supporting the community, providing critical services to industries on the front lines of the pandemic. Here’s how our company is helping amid the crisis: We established a Mission Critical Project Hotline to support our customers responding to COVID-19 emergencies in hospitals, nursing homes and other related businesses, so they can maintain operation of their facilities. As a result, we have rushed to customize several critical orders, allowing healthcare facilities in major global cities to continue to safely treat patients. Then, as restaurants began reopening in the U.S., to aid in the recovery efforts Watts announced that $1 from every Dormont Blue Hose® kit sale until July 31 would be donated to the Restaurant Employee Relief Fund. Our Franklin, NH facility also donated PPE to local healthcare facilities in the state, including 600 surgical face masks, 700 gloves and 100 N95 masks. We are extremely thankful for our hard-working, essential employees, who continuously step up to make a difference in our communities.

We are so proud of our colleagues in Franklin, NH and Fort Worth, TX, who stepped up to ensure their neighbors in need didn't go hungry this Thanksgiving. Both sites collected hundreds of food items to be donated to their local food pantries. Way to go, Team Watts!

Through employee contributions and a company match, we recently donated nearly $20K to the American Red Cross for disaster relief. We are grateful for the opportunity to help people affected by Hurricane Dorian, and other mass-scale domestic and global disasters that threaten clean water supplies. In partnership with Planet Water, we recently funded and helped install two water filtration systems in Thailand that provide 2,000 people daily with clean and safe water. Thank you Watts volunteers!
