Zimmer Biomet recognized by Forbes as One of the America's Best Large Employers 2024 âEarlier this week, Forbes released its list of America's Best Large Employers of 2024âincluding Zimmer Biomet! Companies included on the list were selected based on an independent survey of more than 170,000 U.S. employees from all industry sectors working for companies employing at least 5,000 people within the U.S. With more than 3.5 million employer evaluations considered, selections are based on two types: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry). Honors like this are an acknowledgement of our collective efforts to make ZB a Best and Preferred Place to Work for all team members.

Zimmer Biomet Warsaw Named Business of the Year On Thursday evening, Jan. 25, 2024 the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce held its 112th Annual Chamber Awards Dinner in Grace Collegeâs Manahan Orthopaedic Capital Center in Winona Lake. Nearly 600 people of our community, including our CEO and local leaders, attended the annual event intended to recognize community members and local businesses that serve as game changers for Kosciusko County. It was in that spirit that the Chamber invited ZB President and CEO Ivan Tornos as the keynote speaker. Ivan sat on stage with Lake City Bank Chairman of the Board and CEO David Findlay for a fireside chat to discuss Ivanâs vision for Zimmer Biomet globally, and his direct commitment to Warsaw. After a handful of awards were handed out, it was time for the nominations for Business of the Year. The list of incredible businesses was read and then the words were said, âWe are proud to award our Business of the Year to Zimmer Biomet.â âIâm insanely proud of what our team members are building around the world, but particularly inspired by what we are doing here in Northern Indiana these days: unleashing the power of bold innovation and ground-breaking thinking,â said Ivan. ââŚZB is Warsaw. ZB Earns Recognition as a Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion Our commitment to LGBTQ+ equality and inclusion has once again earned ZB recognition as a global leader in workplace inclusion from the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. #DEI #Award #BPPTW We are especially proud of this year's recognition as there were additional evaluation criteria and more stringent standards. More than 1,300 businesses participated in the CEI, but only 545 met all the criteria to earn a score of 100âincluding Zimmer Biomet. Our commitment to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance includes measures like the CEI to help us demonstrate progress. The social responsibility aspect of these initiatives includes investment in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) with a commitment of significant support to equitable policies, comprehensive benefits, inclusive cultural engagements and executive sponsorship of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
