you can never get it out and they keep 50% of your earned cash. They take out to much and I never signed or approve that much out of my paycheck.

My regular 401k contributions were matched, but not at 50% or 100%. The match is in 3M stock which has done fine over the years. There are many possible ways to distribute your wealth and Morningstar financial planning tools.
