Their 401K plan was awesome. They distributed 3% whether you contributed or didn't. They matched, I think, up to 6% or 7%. I didn't use the matching I just took company paid contribution at 3%.

Three separate plans. New employees get the best plan. Old employees, worst plan, but have promise of a pension...we'll see. Donut hole employees in-between plan but no pension. Company realized their plan suxed so had to sweeten plan for new employees. Those in the middle should quit to get re-hired under best plan, or negotiate to new plan.
