Job Training

its all online and its a data dump of information. If you don't take good notes you wont understand anything that we offer. I think they should send us to HQ in florida and we should do it as a team. Because you are completely on your own... you may talk to your boss but you wont know anyone on your team.

The job training after initial training is not good

8 weeks paid training and continued on the job training as you continue your career. As new products are added or new advancements in your career are made you have additional training. One on one and classroom.

Very poor training and follow up

Yes they do have a great training program.

That's the worst part. Most people never make it through. Awful.

The training days are the best and the least stressful but they don't teach you enough so be prepared to ask those who have been around a while for help and do some research on your own time it is sad customers get told wrong info all the time due to improper training

Killer training, the best in class, Bubby is the best manager ever as well.
