Self-motivated individuals can take advantage of the free courses available, however in an industry with so much change, department training is lacking and needs improvement. Mgmt needs the resources to train.

They've done a really good job providing training and developing meaningful programs to support exemplary customer service. The problem is when times get tough training gets cut and so do customer service levels.
