Fair to average for this day and age, most options are high deductable plans but there is decent supplemental insurances offered at your expense if you want to pay for it.

Expensive HSA. Huge deductible, even huger out-of-pocket max. Premiums increased dramatically this year, while benefits decreased. Terrible. We need single payer.
