You can take your week off, sick days are used as extras, and good luck getting sick they wont let you call out.

Can not complain. I wouldn't say anything they offer is mind blowing. That being said, they are very flexible with what they offer and because you make your own schedule, your vacations can be planned early with ease.

The only downside is a requirement of taking an entire week off when taking vacation. You can't just take a week here or there.
