start off with 2 weeks with scheduled increases as you move into seniority. Must take it when approved which can be hard to do due to their lean staff. When someone goes on vacation or has PTO, the workload can become unbearable for the employees that are still there. Therefore, they try to limit when you can take time off, making it extremely difficult to plan vacation with your family. Isn't that why you take vacation?
