The 401k match maxes out at $1200 per year not at a % of income which is low in comparison to comparable companies. Medical and dental benefits are comparable.

They cover a lot of the health insurance cost and there are several options for plans. 401k match is above average and there is a short vesting period.

Decent Health and Dental, although they are sunsetting a couple of plans that were less expensive. Disappointing that you have to pay for long term disability and short term disability rips off the Non-Exempt employees by paying significantly less - showing they are valued less than salaried.

Pros: Competitive insurance plans. One option is an High Deductible Health Plan with an HSA that the company contributes to. Good retirement plans. Offers tuition reimbursement. Good PTO.
Cons: no paternity leave policy. Stock is only given at the Director level and above (wish it would be eligible for managers too). No bonuses.
