Comprehensive to a point. Medical and Dental are really good. You have to buy your own LTD and things like Vacation and 401k, Tuition assistance all depend on the rules of your business unit. No real parental leave, and unlikely to come any time soon. The Bonus structure and Stock Awards favors only Directors and above, with some few manager exceptions. Adding a ESPP would be a big win.

Very competitive benefit packages including medical, eyecare and dental coverage. Also the 401K plan is excellent. PTO and vacation days are competitive with other big companies.

Decent health coverage, 401k contribution matching is nice. Vacation is pretty standard 3 weeks for most employees. Flexible hours and continuing education depends on the supervisor, mine is a good one! Occasional company events now back in effect after a hiatus following the recession.
