Very good rates! Health insurance covered all or most of employee's medical expenses. Loved the benefits!

AT&T offers a long list and variety of company benefits. The medical benefit plan options are decent but I've had more comprehensive plans for lower cost with other companies in the past. Retirement and pension amounts are not as extensive as recent years past but can still be very beneficial upon leaving the company with some planning and adequate contribution on your part . Some former employees I know personally were offered some very lucrative compensation packages, particularly for "early retirement" that were in the $500,000-$925,000 range for 25-35 years with the company, but it greatly depends on contribution, position and are usually for "bargained for" (union) employees.
