Typical self-insured employer plan. Focus on wellness with no deductible for preventive care. High deductible plans offered with HSA. Long term care option was eliminated in 2011. Good programs offered through plan administrator including wellness. Teladoc was also a great benefit to have while traveling.

Cost for families is a little on the high side.
