AT&T University for their leadership team above level 3 is highly rated as a leadership development program with extensive offers and most of those are offered in a collaborative format with cross discipline teams. There is extensive online and in class training for all employees.

Depending on the job you are getting into, the higher up the job, the more you need to learn it on the seat of your pants

The absolute best in the industry

Not a lot of technical training. Old stuff and poorly built courses.

They give you money to spend while in training for food, and they offer a lot of training

Lots of bad recorded training, next to impossible to get training approved if there's a cost associated with it after the end of the first quarter. Company touts training to employees, but requests go without action and sit unapproved until the training date has passed.

Training is good, but some of the reps hired are not, it seems that once they get to the stores they do not know how to do anything and forget what they were taught
