Sick Leave

Once you reach time and title you ate getting paid

I felt sick after the first two weeks. Never recovered.

If you're non management, it's good. If you are management...not so good.

Now that leaves a whole lot to be desired

There are "sick" days, but mgmt employees are encouraged to use PTO for illness.

You're sick, you don't get paid.

you can easily accumulate points for every time you call in sick, and those points wont roll off till a year

There are none. You have to use vacation days

The worst thing about the sick days at AT&T is that the employee is penalized for using this time unless they can get documentation completed by the doctor for their sickness. The sickness don't normally includes like a typical cold that people can get and it doesn't cover taking care of a family member such as a sick child.
