The best thing is the myriad of options you have to address not only medical needs but family needs like adult day care or pet care. The only real downside is that there is so much it takes a while to really familiarize yourself with all the resources available and efficiently use them. I think they have benefits navigators but not sure if they can help you navigate cross-platforms.

Is pretty good and cheap

I like the 80% coverage from insurance especially BCBS.

Pretty comprehensive heath insurance. They give you a discount on abbott made products which was helpful for when I had a baby

HIP PPO is free for employee.

Decent pricing for individuals and families.

100% paid for the employee (not dependents) It is a high deductible plan.
