Vacation & Paid Time Off

Excellent paid vacation plan! An extra vacation day is added every few years you work there.

Time off is pretty standard for the industry; however, depending on the team you are on its not very encouraged to utilize it.

Lower than average starting vacation, in my opinion. Takes several years to begin to earn more. Can carry 2 weeks over year-to-year.

Very flexible work schedule, reasonable number of vacation days. Vacation days extended probably not best in industry, but also receive unlimited "sick" days helps offset this.

At 25 years, employees max out at 5 weeks of paid vacation, with - when combined which flex time and work-from-home/hybrid work environment - is a TON of time to regroup and recharge. The company also encourages us to actually USE our vacation time!!

Credit given for experience at previous employers is great. So if you worked somewhere for 10 years before joining Acuity, you don't start over on vacation benefits.

Start you off at 13 days a year with increase every 2-3 years. You are allowed to carry over up to 10 days to the next year.
