Pros

The benefits are pretty good. Really appreciate the 401k and HSA contributions.

Cons

Work-life balance is eroding and flex time is being restricted. The people-first culture Acuity was known for is putting profits and revenue over anything else. Executive leadership is out of touch with how their actions are affecting employees and that's damaging the relationship between Underwriters and Agents. It also seems as though higher ups or anonymous employees are being asked to write glowing reviews to prop up the overall rating. Leadership knows what they are doing is not popular, yet they continue to do so without any input from employees and pretend that everything is fine.
