Company matches up 50% up to 6% of your salary.
So if you make 100K and put 6K into the 401K, Adobe will match 3K.
Max Adobe Match is $7,650, which you can hit if you make over $255K (in sal & bonus)
This is not the best matching I have ever heard off, but it is still a free$3-7K for retirement each year.

The 401K plan is very average. They have minimal matching of your contributions and no additional profit sharing bonuses like some other companies offer.

Adobe matches partial contribution to yours, as long as you are employee. The paycheck is easy to understand, and accessible website for all pay and tax record is available as well.
