Company matches up 50% up to 6% of your salary. So if you make 100K and put 6K into the 401K, Adobe will match 3K. Max Adobe Match is $7,650, which you can hit if you make over $255K (in sal & bonus) This is not the best matching I have ever heard off, but it is still a free$3-7K for retirement each year.

The 401K plan is very average. They have minimal matching of your contributions and no additional profit sharing bonuses like some other companies offer.
