50% matching for all contributions

It is a good plan with lots of great portfolios to invest in. The only thing I haven't liked is that you need to put in 6% to get them to match 3%. My last employer matched 100% up to 3%. I think Adobe is pretty standard however.

Adobe offers the standard 50% match up to 6% contribution. The investment options are fine and my funds have done well over the past 5 years.

Adobe matches 50% of up to 6% of your annual salary. There's no account fees from Vanguard. It would be great to have a 100% match, though.
