I think they are extremely fair from what I have seen so far. I can't build sick days until I'm there longer

Where if you had accumulated paid sick days and never use them you could use them if you weren't sick when you wasn't getting any shifts. Now it doesn't seem that way.

You get plenty of sick days but you also have flexible availability allowing you to work from home if you have a sick child or are able.

I was given sick days and an accomodation for my short term illness. So what I'm figuring out is that sick days, flexible hours, and work life balance are great with Advantage, but I think their ethics in handling misconducting employees needs work.

I had some health issues throughout my time there that are no longer an issue, but they were very understanding and willing to work with me and my needs, be it sick days or other accommodations. Not a lot of "equal opportunity" employers are really equal opportunity if you are disabled either permanently or temporarily, but in my experience they were, truly.
