Sick Leave

Paid sick days if you worked so many hours, they don't let you know that if you don't use them you don't get paid and you lose them. Even if you don't use them.

They come up front at the beginning of each year so you are not working each month and get x number of hours. If you need them all in February then you have them

Unpaid. They usually don't care unless you miss an accessive amount of shifts. I have health problems (not to the extent of being "disabled") However I had to miss quite a few shifts for a perood of time, my maanger did ask if I wanted less shifts though. Also they are good with you leaving early although they want you to stay 7/8ths of the shift because the vendor only pays the company if you work 7/8ths of the shift.

Sick days are average compared to most companies

Receive sick days right after hired. Don't have to wait 90 days of employment to receive

good luck taking sick time. Working there you don't even get days off.

They kick in after 90 days and are standard.With the nature of the job they often are mismanaged and no one is the wiser unless they work in HR.
