Health Insurance

Not very many options to choose from.

Health Insurance (an Aetna plan) is too expensive with high deductible and out of pocket costs. The pharmacy benefit is not good. Drug formula is limited. Very high out of pocket expenses for diabetics.

They have multiple plans to choice from with reasonable premiums for family coverage, no complaints

Sucks. They use a HRA plan not a real insurance coverage when you just go to doc and pay copay etc. it's also based on salary levels. Extremely had to understand and I hold a graduate degree in law. I opt out and take coverage with my spouses plan.

Sucks, for employee. Other employers can purchase insurance for their employees and have a lower deductible and premium.
