High deductibles. Great coverage. Hospital stays are free after you meet deductible.

The company uses the employee base as a testing ground and therefore the health insurance offerings aren't that beneficial.

The high deductible plan is burdensome for someone with ongoing health issues. I'd rather spend a little more in premiums to spend less out of pocket in the deductible. That being said, I sock away the maximum amount that the IRS allows for my HSA account, and Aetna contributes $400 per year to the HSA accounty, so that helps. I do like that they offer a variety of plans in terms of network, and they're all POS, not HMOs. No referrals needed.

No option for low or no deductible. Deductibles are very high.

It's a typical HSA or HRA option, nothing particularly fantastic or poor, though they do provide healthy lifestyle incentives up to $500 (for individual) or $1000 (for families)

they offer several different types of Health Insurance plans. This provides a lot of choice for employees but requires you to do more research during open enrollment.

High deductible plans with high out of pocket costs for employees. High premiums per bi-weekly pay period.

I have heard nothing be complaints about what Aetna offers. As far as what employees receive is seems fine.
