No commute. Tries to improve work to life balance but falls short during open enrollment season.

It should be allowed to ALL EMPLOYEES. If you allow some departments to work form home you should allow everyone the opportunity to do so. Some managers allow an employee to do so because of favoritism and because they are friends. VERY UNFAIR!!!!

Many options for work-at-home schedules, usually X number of days per week. Most departments offer part time WAH, but some do not.

Great benefit but you have to be computer savvy to maintain that work from home balance.

Really depends on your department, but generally almost any employee can after some full time experience in the office. Love this benefit! Probably the most undervalued employee benefit in corporate America.

After a month, my group was booted out to work from home because they didn't have space for us, even though we weren't adequately trained and none of us had received the equipment needed to do the job properly. 2 1/2 months in an I have just received my office equipment in the past week - I'm talking desk phone, filing cabinet, printer - and there's still lots of our group that are going without.

Ok, but Aetna uses as excuse to allow managers extra lee-way to be verbally abused
