These programs encourage a healthy remote working environment.
LinkedIn Learning is an online learning platform that provides videos and courses that are taught by industry experts. All AFS employees have unlimited access to their entire online library of video learning courseware. Subjects run the gamut from professional topics such as business communications, management skills, and software tools, to personal development programs in photography, music, and more. Employees will even receive personalized recommendations to help you find the most useful and interesting courses, based on your profile, needs, and interests.
Bonusly is the employee recognition platform that Affinity uses to recognize the meaningful contributions that AFS employees make everyday! With Bonusly, employees can publicly recognize colleagues by giving small bonuses that add up to meaningful rewards. Each month employees receive an allowance of 80 Bonusly points that they can use to give their teammates small bonuses to celebrate success in real time. As employees earn bonuses from team members for their own contributions, they can redeem their points for gift cards to major retailers, donations to charities, and custom rewards.
Through a partnership with HealthFleet, Affinity offers three wellness programs that are accessible to all AFS employees: Restore Health, Restore Resilience, and Restore Balance. With all three programs employees will partner with a coach to work on their health goals.
Restore Health focuses on lifestyle and improving exercise and nutrition habits. With your account you will receive a free Fitbit and scale.
Restore Resilience focuses on stress management, sleep improvements, and development of better coping skills.
Restore Balance is designed to equip you with the tools to conquer the symptoms of menopause with confidence and provide support to loved ones who are going through this journey.
In partnership with HealthFleet, Affinity additionally sponsors virtual wellness events every quarter. Each event is catered to a different wellness practice i.e Breathing Meditation, Chair Yoga, Desk Stretches, etc. and is led by a certified coach!
